Why Modi Government takes no action to contain Deoband like Islamic
seminaries, which are the powerhouse of militant Islam,

brand of Hindutva (Territorial Cultural Nationalism binding their
loyalty to Indian State ruling this territory) is the root cause of
their failure in correctly assessing what’s wrong with violent Muslim
separatism.
So RSS in it’s wishful thinking insists that if Muslims accept that they too are sons of the soil (loyal to Indian State) with an additional requirement of them being wedded to native Culture, then RSS is perfectly all right with Muslims. But the Gordian’s Knot, which both Muslims and RSS fumble at and therefore unable to cut is,that both parties are not exactly sure of what is this elusive Indian Culture?……………………………………………….
Pagan Culture, (not only Hindu but for all pagan cultures throughout the world), has a completely different understanding as regard to territory, which is sacred and mysteriously connected with their gods, rooted in the soil, as their culture evolves anthropomorphically from their surrounding. Sacred grooves invested with the sacred presence of spirit later evolved in Temples, which is no ordinary enclosure of space but carries a meaning signifying sacredness embedded in native pagan cultural production of meaning as a concrete aesthetic artifact. But such Cultural signifiers of meaning are, incomprehensible to Abrahmic worldview, which has the concept of divinity detached from any thing concrete and accessible to human faculty as an immediate reality. Coupled with exclusive Truth claim, this difference of incommensurate understanding of Cultural meanings and its symbols, fuels the strong desire of iconoclasm in Abrahmics. This iconoclasm manifests in hostile rejection of pagan culture and its meaning signifying artifacts. So, for Abrahmics, the Moorti, Temple, sacred space and sacred geography is anathema to their belief system. Church or Mosque is not a sacred in same sense for Abrahmic theology, as they could be erected at any place without any regard to any sacredness attached to the building or place. We can see how deceptively the concept of secularization of “space” is a byproduct of Abrahmic worldview.
Thus, when RSS expects its demand to Muslims and by extension Christians to accept Bharat bhoomi as their “Punyabhoomi” in addition to their “Ancestral Land”(Pitrabhoomi) is not a matter of Theology but Cultural Nationalism, it is being very naive about Abrahmic exclusivity and iconoclasm. Even if Abrahmics are ready to concede their relation to land as the one belonging to their pagan ancestors, they can not feel any emotional connect to both, to their pagan ancestors and to their ancestral land. Because for Abrahmics, their pagan ancestors will go to hell as unbelievers on the day of judgement, therefore the Abrahmic admonition to the faithfuls that watch your acts in accordance to faith as you will be judged by that, and let your unbelieving ancestors be judged by their act of unbelieving, nor the Abrahmics will consider the pagan or even in their ultimate version any Territory as sacred for the matter of their theology.
This Cultural part of the equation to be considered a national therefore is left ambiguous, whereby Hindus could assume that RSS means by it Hindu Culture. On the other hand for Nehruvian elites, who controll Indian State after Independence, this “Culture” was invented for their convenience to rule and this newly invented idea of “synthetic culture” is thrusted down the throats of Hindus as the only possible correct approach to sustain the official version of secular, progressive Indian Nationalism.
But both Nehruvian elites (includes mainstream Communists too) and RSS, have arrived on a consensus, about their allegiance to Statism, ie survival of Indian State and capturing the state power is their primary concern (Which is a natural extension to the similar ideological strand in their different ideologies but a common trait because it originated from the same source i.e, Western brand of Territorial Nationalism)…………………………………………………….
Further, pursuing its brand of Hindutva Cultural Nationalism, RSS thinks that Islam is not to be touched for criticism, and is a great philosophy, rightfully guiding spititual evolution on par with all kind of spiritual ways that according to RSS’s twisted understanding, lead to same God realisation. Its a blatant abuse of “Ekam Sad Vipra Bahuda Vadanti” dictum of Vedas………………………………………..
Moreover, RSS since the partition era is used by elite Congress nexus to do the dirty job of containing Muslims in riot like situation where officially Congress elites don’t want to appear to dirty their hands. Appealing to Hindus’ sense of loyalty to Indian homeland, RSS is used as a tool to mobilise this social force, in case the elites controlling the State could not contain Muslim separatism through state apparatus like police and military, which the elites want to keep chained to their brand of official doctrine of secularism.
In this way, in times of danger,RSS plays the role of ‘useful idiot’ and does the job, hoping to gain official pat on the back that it craves very dearly. And when things normalise, the elites in power, to contain the influence of RSS that it gaines in times of danger, as mostly Hindus feeling abandoned by secular State flock to it, (the elites) then slide the political scale back to status quoist normal time equilibrium of secular Indian State…………………………………………………
For RSS and Hindu assertion of power, Its like in espionage world that if you get caught in an undercover operation, you will be disowned…………………………………………
Now RSS wanted to gain public respectability mimicking the ways of Congress, adopting their standard of good Public conduct. It was because of this that the Congress failed to use the RSS to contain Sikh separatism through letting lose Hindu social reprisal, as RSS had realised it correctly that for Muslim separatism it was used by Congress and then relegated to the status of being politically Untouchable.
Even after many provocations like killing of its cadres by Khalistani Khadkus and selective killing of many Hindus during the heydays of Khalistani terrorism, RSS refused to take the bait. Ultimately, after Indira Gandhi’s Khalistani inspired killing, Congress had no choice but to dirty its own hands to chastise the Sikhs through street violence, bypassing Indian State apparatus, but this act of anti-Sikh riots couldn’t be portrayed as an all out Hindu reprisal on behalf of soft Hindutva supporting Indira Gandhi, which the Congress would have originally, very cleverly had wanted to project …………………………………………………….
As RSS and its political constituency of Hindu assertion was de-legitimized and prevented from entering the official corridors of power for a very long period, and constant ridicule in Public sphere patronised by Nehruvian elites controlled Indian State, RSS had longed for official acceptance of it being a legitimate player in the eyes of these elites.This is the symptom of their deep seated inferiority complex……………………………………………………
Though knowing very well through practical experience that to contain Islam and its virulent effects de-stabilising Indian State, the institutions like Deoband, Muslim Personal Law Board, Madrasas, Waqf, etc had to be dried out of their supply of resources, but due to their inherently faulty understanding they set to move in initiating dialogue with the very same Islamic clergy and Islamic elites which are in control of these institutions.
The Indian elites controlling the Indian State are incapable to handle Islam on their own and without using the underground Hindu resistance, which they themselves push to margin in normal times, Indian State can not survive. But for real potential of Hindu resistance to be realised, it has to wage a war to come overground where it is given legal protection and aid by the Indian state apparatus.
For it, the mediator role of RSS which gives the false appearance of itself as a representative and guardian of Hindus has to be eliminated. Because,the primary loyalty of RSS lays to Indian State,not to Hinduism. That is why RSS and it’s affiliates are always eager to align their pro Hindu posturing and their role of directing, Hindu rage to aid the objectives of Indian State, which (elites controlling the Indian State) in turn uses them (RSS and it’s affiliates) as a condom to fuck (de-stabilising Abrahmics who are to be chastised) and throws away (Hindu cause) after its purpose is solved.
