Debunking the Aryan invasion theory using science - Post 4
The main premise of the theory is that the present day "South Indians" are "Dravidians" and used to live in the North before around Mohenjo Daro and Harappa. Rest of the country was not populated by civilized people. After so called "Aryans" invaded in 2000 BC they were driven southwards and established themselves there.
However recent excavations have revealed advanced civilizations at the same level as Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa all across India including South India, Deccan and Bangladesh. Which indicates that civilization has been around in India for MUCH longer that what we are given credit for. Bharat has always been a united cultural entity and we evolved together (not necessarily united in administration). And this debunks the "Aryan Invasion" theory via scientific archaeology.
Share and spread as much as possible. We need to start a movement to take this "Aryan Invasion" thrash out of our NCERT and CBSE textbooks and replace it with true scientific unbiassed history. Some links provided below
