Science Follows Sanatan!!! You changed your "Last Name" after your marriage, Girl ? Well Done!!

We all have seen changing the Last name of a girl, post her marriage. Most of the cultures and societies on this planet do exercise this tradition.

It's not just the "LAST NAME" that changes after marriage, it's "YOU" who change.

----------------------------------Science Part----------------------------------

1. It has been well understood that the fetus receives blood and nutrients from its mother during pregnancy. Be it a girl or a boy, every fetus growing inside its mother’s body is fifty percent mother and fifty percent father.

2. When the mother is exposed to fetal antigens , the mother's body does not mount an immune response. Instead, tolerance occurs and the mother’s body tolerates the fetus growing inside.

3. During the pregnancy, the mother transfers blood and nutrients to the fetus, through a process called cellular exchange. Just as cells are transferred from mother to baby, so are cells transferred from baby to mother.

4. The cells the mother receives from the fetus during pregnancy are different from the mother’s own cells in two important ways: first, they are a generation younger. Second, some of them are stem cells, meaning that they can become a number of different cell types, perhaps influenced by the needs of the mother.

5. Easiest way is to confirm above mentioned statement was to search for cells with Y chromosome in human body of a Women. The mother’s own cells will not have a Y chromosome, so any such cells must have been transferred from the fetus to the mother.

6. Mothers who have given birth to the sons were identified as examined. It is found that fetal cells are present in nearly every organ of the mother’s body, long after the fetus has grown into an adult......Your Mother can guess accurately your taste, feelings and lies.

7. The researchers have found increasing numbers of fetal cells in sick organs compared to healthy organs of the mother. So there is not only a passive benefit to pregnancy—an influx of new ells—but an active one—migration of these new cells to damaged or unhealthy tissue.

--------Legal part - The devil resides in the court these days-----

1. Bombay high court amended a crucial rule under the Family Courts Act in September 2011. It is now perfectly legal for a woman to retain her maiden name after marriage. Flavia Agnes of the women's rights activist group Majlis, whose efforts led to this change, sees the amendment as a "progressive new addition to the law for women".

2. "When two adult people want to live together what is the offence. Does it amount to an offence? Living together is not an offence. It cannot be an offence," a three judge bench of Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan, Deepak Verma and B S Chauhan observed.

The court said even Lord Krishna and Radha lived together according to mythology. The apex court said there was no law which prohibits live-in relationship or pre-marital sex.

As we have seen since ages females changing the last name as per husbands last name. This tradition is not to full fill the male ego of society. (when it started)

1. Y chromosome based "gotra" system was established to counter the ill effect of nature(if any) & also to preserve the genetic lineages in their pure forms and in this the Y chromosome plays a very important role.

2. Fetal cells have the imprint of the child’s father and his ancestry. Fetal cells can be shared from one pregnancy to another, meaning the cells of older siblings may float within younger siblings. These cells are another reminder of the way husband/Father is connected in a holographic universe. Y chromosome lits the fire of the deceased ancestor. ------(one of biggest mystery, but we knew it !)

3. The conclusions of the study done by immunologists at the Fred Hutchinson Caner Center in 2004 noted that the possible sources of male michrochimerism (Y chromosomes presence) includes known pregnancies, miscarriages, vanished male twins, or sexual intercourse.

4. This means that through intercourse alone there is a potential for women to hold onto male genes and DNA within their organs and blood stream for their entire life. Every time you sleep with somebody you are taking on a part of them within you ---- (Indian Judges could be smarter but who cares).

I'm filled with pity at the moment so arrest my case.
